TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Cobra Casino SERVICES
AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC).

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Cobra Casino regarding your use of the services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
ASSIGNMENT
We may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any third party at our discretion. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
